DRIVVR AI, formerly Dealer World, pairs nearly two decades of dealership marketing experience with real AI and data science. We're a full-service advertising agency serving franchise and independent dealers nationwide, delivering everything from digital marketing and social advertising to media buying, direct mail, and graphic design.
The RoleWe're looking for a versatile creative leader to fill two gaps at once: art direction for our graphic design team, and hands‑on tech mentorship to keep that team modern and efficient. You'll set visual standards across dealer advertising campaigns while training the team on tools like Figma — remotely, but hands‑on.
What You'll Do- Maintain brand consistency across all client and internal creative
- Manage and mentor a graphic design team of 5+, reviewing work for quality and brand fit
- Own our design tool stack — train the team on Figma and other design/collaboration tools via virtual sessions
- Partner with all internal departments to keep creative on schedule and aligned with strategy
- Build and maintain design systems, templates, and brand guidelines
- 5+ years in art direction or senior graphic design, agency experience preferred
- Experience working within a design team of 5+ people
- Some manager or leadership experience — comfortable giving direction and feedback
- Strong portfolio spanning automotive, retail, or dealer advertising (a plus)
- Deep fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience training or mentoring designers remotely on new tools/workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication — this role runs on clear async and video-based direction
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
- Excellent project coordination skills, with experience managing a large work volume
- Some nights and weekends may be required as needed
- Experience with automotive OEM brand guidelines/compliance.
