Vivi is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan and execute trade shows, conferences, customer events, and field marketing activities. You’ll work with Marketing, Sales, vendors, and partners to keep events on schedule and on budget, delivering exceptional experiences.
This 100% remote role allows up to 25% travel to support conferences and events. You should enjoy solving logistical challenges, juggling multiple projects, and communicating clearly with internal teams and customers.
