Job Description SummaryPRN Serves as the voice of the user across digital initiatives, advocating for user-centered design principles. Supports the creation, execution and optimization of digital campaigns, content and experiences across web platforms consistent with corresponding digital content on other channels. Designs and maintains websites and online presence and digital front door suite and ensures web efforts and content are brand-aligned, technically sound, user-centered and data-informed, supporting broader strategies set by the department and organization.
Helps bring web campaigns to life online with clarity, accuracy and agility. Uses best practices for high-performing external communications professionals that embody the Memorial Health System values of Safety, Integrity, Quality and Stewardship, in support of our mission, vision and goals.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field.
ExperienceOne to three years of experience in digital communications, content creation. Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
Experience with social media including but not limited to Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Linked In, You Tube, X, Reddit, Tik Tok, Snapchat and others.
Experience with content management systems and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social and others.
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Proficient in planning, writing, editing and reviewing content for multiple social media/digital channels including but not limited to Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Linked In, You Tube, X, Reddit, Tik Tok, Snap Chat.
- Intimate knowledge of social media/digital channels, their functionality and purpose, and how to create content for specific channels.
- Solid understanding of social best practices.
- Familiarity with analytics tools for social insights and social media content management and scheduling systems and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working across multiple platforms and projects.
- Strong communicator and collaborator; comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
- Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- A commitment to working pre-approved plans, and ability to be flexible to adjust priorities as needs evolve.
- Understanding of reputational risk and compliance considerations in healthcare communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Power Point, Excel and other programs identified by the department and organization for communications functions.
- Proficient in all adopted internal communications programs and platforms.
Pay Transparency $29.44 - $45.64 Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
