Creator Growth & Partnerships Manager About the Role We’re looking for a Tik Tok‑native growth hacker who’s obsessed with creator virality and driving real sales through Tik Tok Shop. This is not a “manage relationships” role—it’s a revenue‑generating engine. You’ll identify breakout creators, pitch killer collabs, and scale high‑performing partnerships through Tik Tok’s affiliate ecosystem.

Your obsession with what makes a video go viral—and how to engineer it again and again is what will separate you from the pack. You’ll live in the Tik Tok Shop affiliate backend, work daily with our creative and performance teams, and directly influence Boldify’s bottom line.

You’ll have a defined budget, room to experiment, and incentives tied to performance. We’re building the best affiliate program in beauty—come lead the charge.

• Own the full creator growth funnel: source, pitch, close, onboard, track, optimize
• Recruit creators who convert—not just those who look good on a deck
• Manage and grow Tik Tok Shop affiliate relationships with a focus on repeatable wins
• Turn Tik Tok into a sales engine: build and test content strategies, incentives, and funnel flows that drive ROI
• Create hype and community: run Discord groups, host monthly Zooms, and activate creators with data‑driven playbooks
• Track performance like a hawk and pivot fast when something isn’t converting
• Spot the next trend before it hits; stay ahead of the curve
• Collaborate across growth, creative, and DTC teams to launch products with speed and precision

• 3–5+ years in growth‑focused creator/affiliate marketing with clear wins on Tik Tok Shop
• A proven ability to drive revenue through influencer/affiliate content, especially in beauty or DTC
• Obsession with Tik Tok’s algorithm—you study viral trends and think in hooks, stories, and thumbnails
• Experience managing high‑volume affiliate programs and hitting sales KPIs
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Bonus: experience as a Tik Tok creator or in a Tik Tok‑native brand

• Full‑time, remote (U.S. West Coast time zones preferred)
• Competitive base salary+commission/bonus tied to performance
