Director of Community & Monetization; Remote | LATAM

We're hiring a Director of Community Growth & Monetization to turn a large and growing short term rental community into a powerful lead generation and revenue engine.

This is not a traditional social media or Facebook group moderator role. You will own the strategy to grow the audience, generate thousands of new leads each month, engage and nurture those leads, responsibly monetize the community, and ultimately generate more buyers and sellers for the company.

• Community-driven event promotion, programming, registration, and downstream conversion.
• Accurate attribution from original lead source through appointments, clients, and closed revenue.

• Own the strategy, programming, growth, and engagement of the Airbnb Tips & Tricks community and future communities.
• Create content, conversations, webinars, virtual programming, VIP experiences, and campaigns that increase community value and participation.
• Develop strategies to grow the community through organic, referral, partnership, paid, and campaign-driven initiatives.
• Convert anonymous community members into opted-in, segmented contacts inside the company's CRM.
• Build clear member journeys from cold lead to engaged prospect, qualified buyer or seller, and client.
• Monitor community engagement and continuously identify opportunities to improve participation and retention.

• Build scalable campaigns designed to generate thousands of new cold and early-stage leads each month.
• Develop lead magnets, surveys, reports, webinars, partnerships, referral campaigns, and audience-growth initiatives.
• Own community and email nurture strategies for buyers, owners, sellers, and investors.
• Reengage the existing database and identify contacts' goals, markets, timelines, available capital, and selling interest.
• Develop segmentation and lifecycle campaigns based on member behavior, interests, and intent.
• Partner with Inside Sales to convert engaged contacts into Market Match calls, seller consultations, and qualified opportunities.

• Activate the company's 100+ agents, employees, leaders, vendors, and partners as contributors to community growth.
• Identify internal experts who can host webinars, answer questions, appear in videos, and participate in community programming.
• Turn sales conversations, events, client questions, market insights, and company knowledge into useful community content at scale.
