- Help build growth strategies across social, content, paid, email, SEO, and analytics.
- 1-3 years in growth or digital marketing at a startup or scale-up.
- Strong writer who adapts voice to different audiences.
- Comfortable with data, paid ads exposure, and curious about AI.
- Direct access to founding team and real business visibility.
- Remote-friendly within CET ±2 hours with a Berlin office option.
