One Digital is seeking a Director of Content & Growth Marketing to help shape the conversations that matter in employee benefits. You'll turn One Digital's expertise, ideas, data, and market perspective into bold narratives and campaigns that get employers' attention and drive growth.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, Employee Benefits, and sitting within the National Employee Benefits Marketing team, this role leads the market-facing story for the practice, shaping differentiated positioning, thought leadership, and integrated campaigns.

You’ll connect One Digital’s expertise and capabilities to the issues shaping the employee benefits marketplace and the decisions employers are navigating, while creating programs that open doors, advance conversations, retain clients, and uncover opportunities across the broader One Digital business. You’ll bring that same forward-looking mindset to how we work, finding new ways to use AI, data, and technology to make our marketing smarter and more effective.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, exceptional storyteller, and AI-forward marketer who can spot opportunities, shape a compelling point of view, and turn ideas, insights, and emerging technology into marketing that moves the business forward. The value of this role comes from strong market, editorial, and commercial judgment: knowing which conversations One Digital should lead, which ideas deserve investment, and how to turn them into programs that influence action.

Responsibilities Practice strategy & positioning

Develop Employee Benefits messaging themes, positioning, and differentiated market narratives.

Translate practice priorities, employer needs, data, and market and technology shifts into focused go-to-market strategies and identify the employer conversations One Digital should lead.

Support competitive positioning and connect Employee Benefits to One Digital's broader capabilities through cross-practice storytelling.

Content & thought leadership

Lead the national Employee Benefits content strategy and editorial priorities.

Turn complex expertise into compelling thought leadership, campaigns, and scalable market-facing assets.

Help shape the knowledge that powers One Digital’s AI coworkers, making them smarter, more useful, and distinctly One Digital.

Develop integrated content programs spanning executive insights, guides, prospecting and retention campaigns, webinars, case studies, and product/value proposition messaging.

Partner with subject matter experts to develop distinctive points of view, identify the ideas that warrant deeper investment, and strengthen One Digital's position in the market.

Growth & demand activation

Turn content and thought leadership into integrated campaigns that create engagement, generate demand, and support pipeline.

Define the audience, employer need, value proposition, offer, and call to action for priority programs.

Work hands-on in Hub Spot to support campaign activation, including email, landing pages, forms, segmentation, and reporting.
