Job DescriptionAbout NORY NORY is a leading STEM camp provider in NYC and Boston, serving over 6,000 children annually through immersive, hands‑on learning. The Role We are seeking a hands‑on marketing specialist with demonstrated expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO to grow paid registrations for NORY's camps and enrichment programs.
You will personally manage advertising campaigns, improve organic search visibility, and connect marketing performance to actual registrations and revenue. We need someone who can explain their decisions, diagnose underperformance, and demonstrate results from work they directly owned. Experience creating social content, boosting posts, or building AI marketing automations alone does not meet this role's requirements.
- Compensation: $25-$40 per hour, based on demonstrated experience and results.

5-20 hours per week.
