Offline Media Manager

Gold Adam is a rapidly expanding international gold and precious metals buying business, founded in Europe and now establishing a strong presence in the United States. With successful operations in six European countries, we launched in Dallas, Texas in early 2026, and have quickly expanded into Houston, Austin and San Antonio. Now we are looking for an Offline Media Manager to build and run our traditional advertising in the U.S. Our customers read the paper, drive past billboards, watch TV, and listen to the local radio, and we want Gold Adam to be the name they remember when it's time to sell. In this role, you will own linear TV, radio, out‑of‑home, print, and direct mail, working closely with our Director of Acquisition and digital team so every channel pulls in the same direction.

You'll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for stations, networks, vendors, and agencies. You'll keep a lot of conversations moving at once, build relationships that last, and make sure we get great value, great execution, and measurable results.

• Planning, buying, and managing offline media with a focus on specific local markets - executing across print, billboards (OOH), linear TV, and radio.
• Taking over our existing linear TV buys, evaluating performance, and renewing, renegotiating, or restructuring them
• Sourcing and negotiating placements with publishers, vendors, agencies, stations and networks, both direct and through agency partners
• Coordinating creative assets and specs with our internal and external creative teams
• Innovating with the team on how to best measure offline’s incremental impact
• Managing budgets, pacing, and reporting, and recommending where to shift spend
• Meeting publishers, partners, networks, and agencies in person when needed, including market visits as we expand beyond Texas
• Working closely with digital acquisition, sales, and operational teams, as well as marketing colleagues in our other geos

• Proven experience buying or managing offline media (print, out‑of‑home, linear, and radio), on the brand or agency side
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and a warm, collaborative style that partners enjoy working with
• Strong organization and follow-through: many vendors, flight dates, and deadlines, and nothing slipping through the cracks
• An analytical mindset, with an understanding of how to measure offline media and connect it to real business results
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings and market visits
• Hands‑on experience negotiating and placing direct buys, not just overseeing agencies
• Existing Texas (or otherwise) media relationships is a strong plus
