Role Description This part-time Marketing Internship is a "gig-style" hybrid role based in Holland, MI, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives, including assisting with marketing campaigns, social media content, and email communications. Daily responsibilities will include conducting market research, organizing marketing data, and helping prepare presentations and client-facing materials.

The intern will collaborate closely with our outside marketing contractors, advisors and staff to ensure consistent messaging, maintain brand standards, and contribute to client outreach efforts.

This role offers exposure to financial services marketing, with opportunities to learn about client communication, lead generation, and strategic branding in a professional advisory environment.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and team members professionally.
• Ability to perform Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development through data collection and analysis.
• Interest or experience in Sales and marketing-related activities, including outreach and campaign support.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM or marketing platforms is a plus).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, willingness to learn, and comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Interest in financial services or wealth management is beneficial; prior experience in finance is helpful but not required.
