Five Q is looking for a resourceful, entry-level coordinator to turn supplied material and established patterns into polished website and marketing deliverables. This remote, part-time role starts at five hours per week, with potential to grow toward full-time as business needs, performance and mutual fit allow.

No prior marketing experience required. We'll train you on the platforms and processes. What we need is someone who can absorb training quickly, execute independently, and naturally look for ways to streamline repetitive work. You'll be given patterns and processes - your job is to follow them reliably and make them better each time.

• Use Claude to write blog posts, using supplied sources and examples of the organization’s voice.
• Check facts, tone and readability. Correct unsupported claims and flag missing source information.
• Format articles and pages in a website CMS, including headings, images, links and metadata. Check desktop and mobile presentation.
• As assignments grow, assemble emails, newsletters, simple graphics and social content from approved material and templates.
• Complete quality checks and follow the agreed approval process before publishing or scheduling.
• Keep tasks, time and deadlines current in Teamwork; improve reusable checklists and apply feedback.

• Self-starting initiative
  : the ability to find answers on your own, study examples, use documentation and AI, and try solutions without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
• Independent follow-through
  : finish clear assignments with minimal guidance; investigate genuine blockers and explain what you tried.
• AI judgment
  : direct Claude effectively and recognize inaccurate or unsuitable output.
• Attention to detail and visual judgment: notice awkward layouts, inconsistent formatting and broken links.
• Reliability and learning ability: meet commitments, retain feedback and provide five dependable hours each week.

• Proven experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) - not just casual use, but demonstrated ability to engineer effective prompts and build AI-powered workflows
• Digital marketing platform experience: Google Analytics, Mail Chimp, social media scheduling tools, basic landing page builders
• CMS, email platform, Canva or basic HTML/CSS experience is helpful. No marketing degree, agency background or experience with our exact tools is required.
• SEO tools (SEMrush or similar)
• Basic design/layout skills
• Nonprofit sector experience
• Experience with Teamwork, Notion, or similar project management tools
• Hourly rate: $15-20/hour, based on experience and demonstrated AI proficiency
