The Growth Marketing Specialist is a hands-on, proactive marketing professional responsible for managing and executing Advice Pay’s multi-product marketing campaigns, lifecycle programs, social media, and event marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you will translate broader marketing priorities into high-converting campaigns, determining the right audiences, channels, messaging, and execution strategies. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, technical fluency, analytical judgment, and strong project management skills.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently within established priorities, proactively identifying opportunities, making recommendations, solving problems, and improving marketing processes and program performance. This person will play an important role in moving marketing initiatives from planning through execution, measurement, and optimization while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing- Plan, build, QA, schedule, and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs in Hub Spot, including marketing emails, social content, landing pages, and other campaign assets. Determine appropriate audiences, segmentation, channels, messaging, timing, and execution approaches based on campaign objectives and broader marketing priorities, while ensuring accuracy, functionality, brand consistency, and a strong customer experience.
- Develop and optimize email nurture programs, campaign journeys, and audience experiences, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, effectiveness, and the customer experience.
- Own day-to-day social media marketing activities, including developing content ideas, creating and refining copy, coordinating creative assets, managing the content calendar, and monitoring performance to grow engagement.
