As Marketing Coordinator, you will :
Coordinate proposal kick-off meetings, schedules, and deadlines to keep projects on track.
Develop and maintain resumes, project sheets, and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
Edit and refine documents for clarity, grammar, style, and content.
Assist with day-to-day marketing department operations.
1–2 years of experience in A/E industry marketing .
Proficiency in MS Office and Acrobat (Word, PowerPoint, Excel required).

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
