We're looking for the person to lead our marketing — content creation, social media, email flows and brand moves across Israel and abroad.

• Build monthly and quarterly marketing plans for both markets (IL/US)
• Manage social content — Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In
• Write newsletters and emails for customer and vendor audiences
• Work with designers on graphics, banners and video
• Analyze performance and optimize based on data
• Partnerships with influencers and complementary brands

• 2+ years in digital marketing — e-commerce a plus
• Native Hebrew and English — excellent marketing copy
• Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp/Klaviyo
• Creative mindset + analytical thinking
• Independent and thrives at fast pace

Looking for a precise, quick person to set up and upload new products — copy, specs, images, categories, prices and inventory.

• Build full product pages in Hebrew and English
• Upload and translate descriptions, bullet points, specs and A+ content
• Process and organize image galleries
• Set prices, inventory, variants and categories
• QA and consistency between products
• Coordinate with vendors to gather raw materials

• Very high precision and attention to detail
• Very good Hebrew and English — error-free writing
• Fast work at high daily output
• Ability to learn new interfaces independently

Looking for a performance pro to lead all our paid campaigns — Meta, Google, Tik Tok — for Israel and the US, with a strong ROI focus.

• Build, run and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads
• Manage monthly budgets by brand and category
• A/B testing on creatives, audiences and copy
• Build funnels and lookalike audiences for remarketing
• Weekly reports to C-Level with actionable insights
• Work with marketing and creative teams for new banner flow
• Full ownership of ROAS, CAC and LTV metrics

• 3+ years managing paid campaigns — required
• Full command of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads
• Campaigns for the US — big plus
• Familiar with Google Analytics 4, Pixel, Server-Side tracking
• Numerical and analytical thinking — comfortable with reports and Excel
• High-level English — copy for US audience
• E-commerce experience — required
