Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Web Designer & SEO Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate on various digital marketing initiatives, develop engaging website layouts, and assist in enhancing our online presence through SEO. This position is perfect for someone passionate about web design, digital marketing, and growing professionally in a flexible, dynamic environment.
- Design and update website layouts, graphics, and functionality using HTML, CSS, and other web technologies, ensuring responsive design and visual appeal.
- Assist with on-page SEO efforts, keyword research, and content optimization to improve website visibility and rankings.
- Work with builders and content management systems (Wix, Word Press) to maintain and improve site performance.
- Collaborate on creating and managing digital content across multiple platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
- Work closely with team members on various marketing campaigns and projects, maintaining open communication and sharing ideas.
- Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor’s degree program in Web Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Direct experience with SEO strategies and copywriting.
- Skills in photo/video editing and social media content creation.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience using web builders or content management systems (Wix, Word Press).
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media marketing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
