Founded in 2016, Domino Media Group is an Atlanta-based creative agency partnering with design, lifestyle, and retail brands to drive visibility, credibility, and growth. We build integrated strategies across media relations, creator partnerships, owned content, and experiential marketing.
About the RoleDomino Media Group is seeking an Atlanta-based Social Media Account Manager to lead organic social strategy and execution for a portfolio of lifestyle, retail, and design clients. Reporting to the Vice President & Director of Marketing, this role will own the day-to-day social strategy, content direction, community management, and reporting for multiple client accounts - acting as both a strategic partner to clients and a hands-on manager of their social presence.
We're looking for someone who thinks like a brand strategist and moves like an operator: comfortable setting a content calendar and a point of view for a client's brand, translating platform trends into recommendations, and juggling several client accounts with distinct voices, creative, and goals.
What You'll Do- Develop and execute organic social media strategy for a portfolio of clients across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Substack, and Pinterest.
- Serve as the primary social point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trusted relationships with client-side marketing teams and founders.
- Own monthly content calendars, scheduling, and publishing across each client's platforms.
- Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and emerging formats, and recommend timely ways for clients to participate.
- Present strategy, performance, and recommendations to clients.
- Guide content concepting, production, and approval, working with clients and freelance creators/photographers as needed.
- Write and edit on-brand social copy, captions, and community responses across multiple distinct client voices.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of engaging, platform-native content for each account.
- Own community management across client social channels, engaging followers in each brand's authentic voice.
- Respond to audience questions and comments promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
- Support creator and influencer partnerships alongside the agency's PR and influencer teams, including outreach, gifting, and content coordination.
- Track channel- and content-level KPIs across all managed accounts.
- Prepare clear, client-ready monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use data and audience feedback to continually refine content and strategy.
- 3-5 years of experience managing organic social strategy and content, ideally in an agency setting across multiple client accounts.
- Based in Atlanta, with familiarity with the cities retail, hospitality, and lifestyle landscape a plus.
- A strategic thinker who can develop and articulate a clear social strategy for a brand — not just execute a content calendar.
- An excellent writer and editor, with the ability to quickly understand and flex across multiple distinct brand voices.
- Deeply fluent in social, with a strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest, and the broader social landscape.
- Comfortable in a client-facing role, leading meetings, presenting ideas, managing expectations, and building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage multiple client calendars, deadlines, approvals, and priorities without losing sight of the details.
- Data-minded and able to translate social performance into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborative by nature, working seamlessly with internal PR, influencer, affiliate, and creative teams, as well as client stakeholders and outside creators.
- A self-starter who takes ownership, anticipates what's needed, and keeps work moving in a small, fast-paced agency environment.
- Experienced developing social strategy and overseeing content production, with a strong eye for what feels current, engaging, and right for lifestyle, retail, and design brands.
- Comfortable with social scheduling, analytics, and content creation tools such as Sprout Social and Cap Cut.
- Flexible and calm when priorities shift — because agency life and social media rarely go exactly according to plan.
- Unlimited PTO
- Health, vision, and dental insurance
- 401k with company contribution
- Paid parental leave
- Current remote work, with potential to move to a hybrid model in the coming months
