HiO is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own the growth engine end-to-end from a fully remote position in the US (Eastern hours). The role focuses on paid social and search with real budget accountability, SEO for AI/LLM visibility, conversion optimization for landing pages, referrals, and testing new channels.
You will also build the measurement layer from scratch, including funnel instrumentation, CAC/LTV, and activation metrics. This is a hands-on role with no immediate team to manage.
