TEAM MANDATE OVERVIEW

Right to Live Canada is recruiting a small, high‑commitment Faith Community Outreach Team to engage Christian communities across Canada with the aim of:
- Building national awareness of economic euthanasia
- Positioning Right to Live Canada as a credible, operational solution
- Mobilizing Christian communities for voluntary support, including donations, amplification, and institutional backing

ROLE STRUCTURE & GOVERNANCE

Multiple volunteers will be recruited concurrently into this team. The team will:
- Organize its own internal workflow
- Assign functional responsibilities (e.g., outreach, content, coordination)
- Select a Team Lead by internal agreement

The Team Lead will:
- Coordinate directly with Right to Live Canada leadership
- Consolidate reporting, plans, and updates

RTL leadership will provide strategic direction, boundaries, and final approval where required, but day‑to‑day execution is delegated to the team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES (TEAM‑LEVEL) FAITH COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
  • Identify and engage Christian churches, denominations, charities, and faith‑based organizations across Canada.
  • Conduct outreach via:
    - Email
    - Phone
    - Scheduled virtual meetings (Google Meet)
  • Communicate clearly and accurately:
    - What economic euthanasia is
    - How Right to Live Canada’s Social Brokerage model works
    - How Christian communities may choose to engage or support the work
AWARENESS & FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT
  • Design and execute a coordinated awareness and fundraising initiative oriented toward Canadian Christian communities.
  • Develop messaging and materials that:
    - Are theologically respectful and values‑aligned for Christian audiences
    - Accurately represent Right to Live Canada as a non‑religious organization
  • Pursue organic and viral dissemination through:
    - Church networks
    - Faith‑based newsletters, mailing lists, and social channels
    - Community referrals and endorsements
  • Coordinate campaign concepts with RTL leadership prior to launch.
COMMUNICATION & OPERATIONS
  • Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) for documentation and planning.
  • Use Slack for internal coordination and updates.
  • Maintain clear records of outreach activity, engagement progress, and campaign results.
  • Operate fully remotely in a nationally distributed team environment.
COMMITMENT EXPECTATIONS
  • Sustained commitment of 20+ hours per week.
  • High levels of autonomy and responsibility.
  • Serious subject matter and institutional‑facing work.
  • Performance expectations comparable to early‑stage startup or mission‑driven nonprofit work.
