Project Manager & Team Lead - Pilot Program Proposal Project - High Intensity (remote)

Ongoing

Project Manager & Team Lead - High Intensity (remote) Organization:
Right to Live Canada | 20+ hrs/week | Volunteer Position

Right to Live Canada is engineering the only viable, system‑level alternative to this crisis – Social Brokerage. By creating a pipeline between sources of raw capital to specific one‑time support plans – ‘Stability Mandates’ – for an individual in the process of applying for MAiD, we create the “viable alternative” that the system itself mandates its program assessors to find but does not currently exist.

This represents the world’s first market‑based solution to poverty‑driven euthanasia and the creation of a social impact credit system which exchanges philanthropic capital for verified, life‑affirming outcomes, akin to carbon credits.

We are currently pre‑pilot. We have built the foundational organizational framework and determined the viable solution concept:
Social Brokerage. We are now moving from concept to execution. We are in the process of creating a Pilot Proposal which takes our operational concepts and translates them into a research‑verified business plan—the “everything but the funds” document that will capitalize our pilot.

We are in need of a proven, experienced Project Manager to lead this R&D sprint. This is not a standard administrative role; you will be managing a complex research and development project at startup speed.

Mandate
  • Pilot R&D Management:
You will manage the creation of the Pilot Proposal, working directly with the Founder/CEO.
  • Team Orchestration:
You will coordinate a team of recruited specialist volunteers (legal, financial, technical writers) to produce the necessary components of the plan.
  • Resource Acquisition:
You will have the authority to identify gaps and request further specialist volunteers as needed to complete the mission.
  • Research & Discovery:
You will drive the research required to build the plan from scratch by identifying and requesting recruited volunteer specialists for the domain expertise.

We are looking for someone who can commit 20+ hours per week for the next 2‑3 months to get this done. The opportunity is remote‑based; we use organization‑provided Slack, Google Workspace, and video chat to communicate and execute.
