Location: Casalnuovo di Napoli
Position Summary
Coach and guide Mission Works candidates as they seek to serve the Lord in missions.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities
Contact candidates who post profiles on the Mission Works website to encourage them to use their passion, gifts and abilities for the kingdom.
Help candidates to understand their strengths/weaknesses, gifts and abilities through various assessments.
Review with the candidates their score on the Qualified Candidate Scale and encourage them with steps to improve their score if needed.
Assist the candidates in navigating the Mission Works resources for optimum results in the matching process with the mission agency partners.
Document all communication in designated Mission Works systems.
Maintain complete confidentiality and Biblical standards in all aspects of mentoring.
articipate in onboarding and orientation.
Respond in a timely manner to emails, voicemails and texts.
Participate in meetings and conference calls, as applicable, when invited.
Complete all assignments given by the direct supervisor.
Take part in ascribed training and learning in order to better fulfill the requirements of the position.
Represent Mission Works in all interactions (internal and external) with integrity and respect.
Serve as unto the Lord – "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward." (Colossians 2:23-24)
Other duties as assigned and agreed upon.

Ability to communicate direction, goals, and steps to future growth while simultaneously supporting a cohesive team. Knowledge and experience in the area of missions.
Demonstrates willingness to continue learning.
Time Commitment
This is a part-time (VOLUNTEER), self-supporting position 5 to 10 hours per week
Logistics
Candidate will work from home using his/her own computer and high-speed internet. Day-to-day interactions will be conducted via email, telephone and video conferencing.
Requirements
Christ-follower, personable, good communication and people skills, dependent on prayer, and spiritually mature.
