Salary & Benefits

$75,000 annually plus an 8% pension allotment, full health benefits, 25 vacation days plus an additional day per full year of service up to five years, and the option to purchase an extra week of vacation.

Full‑time, remote position with a preference for candidates located in the Greater Toronto Area or Calgary.

Manager of Partnerships – responsible for leading MMC’s national engagement strategy for faith communities, schools, youth groups, volunteers, and grassroots ambassadors. This role strengthens awareness, deepens community involvement, and inspires widespread participation in the mission of feeding children through education.

• Creating presentations, toolkits, and engagement resources for faith and youth audiences.
• Representing MMC at churches, conferences, events, and school programs.
• Developing and delivering annual engagement plans with diocesan and parish partners.
• Supporting and growing MMC’s volunteer and ambassador network.
• Providing training, stewardship, and resources to empower volunteers.
• Creating pathways such as regional leaders, event hosts, and digital ambassadors.
• Recognizing and celebrating volunteer contributions.
• Identifying strategic partnership opportunities aligned with MMC’s mission.
• Collaborating closely with marketing to amplify community stories.
• Developing content for newsletters, social media, and campaigns.
• Equipping volunteers and partners to confidently share the Mary’s Meals story.
• Collaborating with MMC team members on campaigns and shared initiatives.
• Contributing to national strategies that support the organization’s mission and goals.

• Experience in community engagement, youth ministry, faith‑based partnerships, or volunteer coordination.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with confidence speaking to groups.
• Experience mobilizing communities, volunteers, or youth groups.
• Strong organizational and project management skills and experience with CRM or digital engagement tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Canada, especially Ontario and Alberta.

• Loves engaging with communities, youth, and faith groups.
• Communicates with clarity, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Energetic, relational, and mission‑driven.
• Familiarity with Catholic communities and ability to build rapport across diverse faith backgrounds.
• Strong public speaker and storyteller capable of inspiring schools, youth groups, parishes, and volunteers.
• Resilient, organized, and skilled at managing multiple relationships simultaneously.
• Comfortable working fully remotely with high autonomy.
• Entrepreneurial, creative, and resourceful in a lean team environment.

This role requires regular travel for community events, church engagements, youth programming, and volunteer support across Canada. The anticipated start date is early 2026.
