As an Online Small Group Leader Trainer within our Christian non-profit organization, your mission is to equip and empower small group leaders to effectively lead and disciple others in an online context. You’ll play a crucial role in fostering spiritual growth, community, and authentic relationships.

In this role, you will

• Training and Development
• Develop and deliver training programs for small group leaders, focusing on effective online leadership.
• Equip leaders with practical tools, communication skills, and spiritual insights.
• Resource Creation
• Create training materials, videos, and guides specifically tailored for online small group leadership.
• Address topics such as facilitating virtual discussions, building community, and handling challenging situations.
• Coaching and Support
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to small group leaders.
• Assist leaders in adapting their leadership style to the online environment.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with the Groups Director, Pastors, and other ministry leaders to align training content with our organization’s mission and values.

To excel in this role, you should possess

• Passion for Discipleship A deep commitment to helping others grow in their faith.
• Online Proficiency Familiarity with virtual communication tools, video conferencing platforms, and online community-building.
• Leadership Experience Previous experience as a small group leader or trainer is beneficial.
