• Develop and implement an outreach strategy to increase engagement in the Rick Hansen Foundation School Program (RHFSP) offerings
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including school districts, educators, and community organizations
• Conduct market research to gather feedback and inform program development
• Track outreach efforts and report on impact and results using the organization's CRM system
• Lead and contribute to special projects as required

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program outreach, engagement, and relationship management
• Experience in developing and implementing nationwide outreach strategies
• Proven ability to build and nurture strategic partnerships to achieve outreach goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or other CRM databases is an asset
• University degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

• Fluency in French, both oral and written
• Experience in the non-profit sector
• Awareness of issues affecting people with disabilities and youth
• Experience in planning and conducting engaging presentations
• Familiarity with conducting research and analyzing results for program optimization

• Salary range from $56,000 to $66,000 per year
