Role Description
This is a hybrid VOLUNTEER role based in Cleveland, OH, with flexibility for some remote work. The Director of Development will oversee and execute fundraising strategies, manage budgets, and drive donor engagement efforts. Responsibilities include developing planned and annual giving campaigns, cultivating philanthropic relationships, and creating sustainable revenue streams to support the organization's mission. The position will also involve collaborating with leadership to identify new opportunities for resource development.
Qualifications- Experience with Planned Giving, Annual Giving, and creating effective donor campaigns
- Strong background in Fundraising and Philanthropy, with a focus on fostering relationships
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to support development goals
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Understanding of nonprofit operations and commitment to inclusive values
