The organization actively collaborates with local and national non‑profits, supporting communities through fundraising events and other charitable initiatives.

Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role located in the Greater Phoenix Area, allowing for a flexible work environment with both in-office and work-from-home options. As President of Main Street Chamber ™, the individual will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, setting organizational goals, and driving initiatives to support small business growth. Daily tasks include managing member relationships, fostering partnerships, overseeing teams, and ensuring operational efficiency.

The President will also play a key role in representing the organization within the community and driving engagement through events and programs that align with Main Street Chamber ™’s mission.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, organizational growth, and leadership
  • Experience with resource management and overseeing operational budgets
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to foster strategic alliances and partnerships with businesses and community organizations
  • Knowledge of small business dynamics and a demonstrated commitment to supporting small business success
  • Excellent communication, marketing, and public speaking skills
  • Proficiency in managing events, fundraising, and engaging with non-profit organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; an advanced degree is advantageous
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a membership organization or business network is highly desirable
