The Research & Insights Analyst (Volunteer) plays a key role in supporting SSBS’s mission by gathering, analysing, and presenting information that informs our programmes, content, and community outreach efforts. This volunteer will help identify community needs, evaluate project impact, and provide evidence-based insights that guide decision‑making across our faith‑based sessions, mentorship programmes, publications, and outreach activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about research and community development to gain practical experience while making a meaningful contribution to empowering young women, strengthening faith communities, and amplifying voices through storytelling.

10 hours per week
Reporting to: Founder & Executive Director
Skills Required- Report writing and presentation skills
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Attention to detail, adaptability, & teamwork
- Tech‑savviness and familiarity with remote work tools (Google Drive, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email platforms)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
- Receive direct mentorship from the founder
- Learn new digital tools, data collection, and analysis techniques
- Strengthen professional writing
- Gain real‑world work experience in a supportive, mission‑driven environment
- Explore an NPO environment
- Personal access to a laptop, Wi‑Fi, and a smartphone
- Availability for approximately 10 hours per week, with flexibility in schedule
