Youth Pastor

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Youth Pastor based in Stone Mountain, GA, with some flexibility for remote work. The Youth Pastor will be responsible for leading and organizing youth ministry activities including Bible study sessions, spiritual development programs, and discipleship training. The role also includes mentoring young members, planning events, managing youth outreach programs, and collaborating with the senior pastoral team to support the overall mission and vision of the church.

• Strong foundation in Biblical Studies and understanding of scripture
• Experience in organizing and leading Bible Study and Youth Ministry programs
• Effective skills in mentoring, guidance, and fostering spiritual growth through Discipleship
• Pastoral experience with a focus on youth engagement and development
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• A passion for working with youth and promoting community involvement
• Bachelor's degree in Theology, Ministry, or related field preferred
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented and faith-driven environment
