What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Conduct outbound calls for 4-8 different clients within an 8-hour workday using predictive dialing equipment
• Communicate positively and enthusiastically with donors and prospective donors using approved scripts
• Secure financial contributions from donors on behalf of various non-profit clients
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics throughout shifts
  
  Participate in comprehensive training and be assigned to one of four MDS teams

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record with stability
• Reliable wired internet connection for remote work
• A quiet home workspace free from interruptions
• Basic computer skills
• Commitment to charitable causes and a willingness to learn
