Is there any training involved? Yes, volunteers will receive 4 to 8 hours of training covering Care Bridge s mission, communication best practices, documentation processes, and using relevant tools.
What you can expect as a VolunteerVolunteers will assist with outreach, make calls, follow up with clients and partners, and gain hands-on experience in social services. They will be mentored by staff and supported throughout the role, with flexibility and ongoing guidance.
QualificationsCertification or Education Required
No specific certifications or formal education are required for this volunteer position. However, a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and an interest in social services or community outreach will be beneficial. Volunteers should be comfortable with basic computer tasks and have access to a phone or computer for calls and emails.
