Charity People are delighted to be partnering with Bild (British Institute of Learning Disabilities) to recruit a talented Executive Assistant who will play a pivotal role in supporting their CEO and Manager of the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN).
Contract: Permanent, part-time (0.6 FTE – approx. 3 days per week or 22.5 hours)
Salary: £36,000 (Full Time Equivalent)
Location: Home-based with occasional UK travel (8 times per year)
Interviews: Mon 9th and Tues 10th March (online) and Tues 17th March (in person) at their London (Old Street) office.

The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join Bild’s Operational Support team at a time of growth and impact. As Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality executive support to the CEO and efficient project administration for the Director of Development. You’ll be at the heart of the organisation, ensuring smooth operations and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities include:- Coordinating key meetings, including national steering groups and board meetings.
- Managing calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence for the CEO and Director of Development.
- Taking minutes, tracking actions, and supporting project delivery.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including MPs, professionals, and people with lived experience.
- Acting as the lead administrator for project activities and supporting events.
- Flexible, hybrid working – there is full flexibility how you split the 22.5 hours.
- 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays) pro rata.
