About Us
Nutrition Clarity Foundation is a community-based nonprofit focused on food literacy and nutrition label education. We provide accessible, non-clinical education that helps individuals and families better understand everyday food decisions in practical, culturally respectful ways.
We are currently in a growth phase and building a small, mission-aligned volunteer team.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a Content & Education Support Volunteer to help transform educational outlines and workshop materials into clear, polished blog posts, newsletters, and public-facing educational content.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, organizing ideas, and contributing to community-centered health education.
Responsibilities- Draft blog posts from provided workshop outlines
- Assist in preparing monthly newsletter content
- Repurpose workshop materials into accessible articles
- Refine educational messaging for clarity and tone
- Collaborate on content aligned with our mission
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to simplify educational material for broad audiences
- Interest in public health, nutrition literacy, or community education
- Organized, reliable communicator
Comfortable working independently with direction - Formal nutrition credentials are not required.
- Approximately 5–8 hours per month
- Flexible schedule
- Fully remote
- Experience supporting a growing nonprofit initiative
- Portfolio‑building writing experience in health education
- Professional reference upon successful engagement
