Overview
Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Salary Range: $52,000 - $60,000/annually

Location: Remote within Illinois
- Coordinate the recruiting efforts and training schedule for the program.
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with the training team.
- Assist with recruitment planning, outreach events and documentation/tracking.
- Participate in team meetings and/or supervision to review recruitment progress and plans.
- Coordinate information meetings at churches, faith-based and community organizations to build awareness of community needs and available resources.
- Strengthen Bethany’s relationship with community partners and provide regular updates on community needs.
- Provide monthly reports on partner activities.
- Initiate community projects and promote program information to partners.
- Participate in community activities to enhance the agency’s visibility and awareness of community needs.
- Assist with monitoring and distribution of client feedback surveys for programs in applicable branches.
- Serve as liaison between programs and local universities for internships at bachelor’s and master’s levels.
- Assist with input and monitoring of the staff tracker sheet for the applicable branch.
- Support training efforts, including administering certification processes, scheduling trainers and training sites.
- May coordinate and lead quarterly training team meetings to discuss self-assessment and improvements.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field from an accredited college.
- At least one year of engagement or recruiting experience (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to write academically and track documentation and outcomes of recruiting efforts.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of state, community, and agency resources.
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience in the U.S. to operate a vehicle for Bethany.
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate coverage.
- Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries.
- Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith and Mission Statement.
