About the Role

20 hrs/week, unpaid, 6-month program.
Fully remote | Operations / Programs Team | OPT/CPT eligible

Responsibilities
  • Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with PROJXON’s mission and programs.
  • Assist in preparing, writing, and submitting grant proposals and supporting documentation.
  • Develop and maintain grant budgets, reporting schedules, and compliance documentation.
  • Track grant deadlines, expenditures, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure accurate grant management.
  • Support post‑award reporting and monitoring activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with grant writing or nonprofit fundraising.
  • Familiarity with grant databases or funding portals.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Experience with documentation management and reporting.
  • Interest in nonprofit operations, social impact, or program development.
