Street Team & Community Outreach Representative

Goldfish Swim School is a family-focused swim school dedicated to teaching children life‑saving water safety skills while building confidence and having fun. We are looking for an outgoing and motivated Street Team & Community Outreach Representative to help grow our presence in the community, build local partnerships and generate leads and enrollments.

The Street Team & Community Outreach Representative is responsible for building relationships with local businesses, schools, daycares, and community organizations to help promote swim lessons and generate new family leads. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, sales, marketing, and working independently in the community.

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity perfect for someone who enjoys networking, building partnerships, and being out in the community.

• Visit local businesses, preschools, daycares, and family-focused organizations to build partnerships
• Represent Goldfish Swim School - Ahwatukeel at community events, pop-ups, and outreach opportunities
• Distribute promotional materials and provide information about swim lesson programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and community leaders
• Generate and track leads through outreach efforts
• Communicate regularly with leadership regarding outreach progress and opportunities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable transportation required
• Sales, marketing, event, or community outreach experience is required

Flexible hours based on outreach opportunities, including occasional evenings, weekends and holidays for events.
