As a Community Outreach and Engagement Program Specialist at the Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland, your day will be filled with dynamic activities, including traveling to various sites to facilitate and lead engaging programming for girls. You will play a pivotal role in identifying future enrollment pathways for girls beyond the programs you offer, and ensuring the growth of our community access initiatives.

Planning, and preparing for Girl Programs will be integral to your responsibilities, allowing you to showcase your innovation and problem‑solving skills. You will receive ongoing support from the entire Community Partnership & Outreach team while collaborating with other departments, fostering relationship building and council‑wide engagement.
