• Influence and guide strategic private-sector engagement across fundraising priorities
• Develop and implement business development strategies for key funding areas

• Manage strategic partnerships throughout the grant lifecycle to ensure compliance and donor satisfaction

• 6-7 years of related work experience, preferably with a large international non-governmental organization in programs, fundraising, and/or advocacy
• Outstanding communication, relationship management, writing, and presentation skills
• Experience with global Economic Recovery & Development programming in low-resource settings
• Proven ability to collaborate on fundraising and grants management processes Bachelor’s degree in international development, social work, or a relevant area, or equivalent professional experience

• Knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Arabic
• International experience working with diverse, cross-cultural teams
• Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience developing and implementing multi-million-dollar partnerships
• Familiarity with strategic partnership development and program design
