In addition to major gift fundraising responsibilities, the Associate Director of Development manages the implementation of the organization’s annual giving program and development-related event management.

This position plays a key role in securing support from individual, foundation, corporate, civic, professional, and faith-based partners—ensuring every gift is acknowledged with heartfelt gratitude and every donor feels part of our mission.

The ideal candidate is a longtime resident of Tampa Bay with key community connections, a relationship-builder, strategic thinker, and a passionate advocate for children and families, ready to help shape a brighter future—one donor, one event, one story at a time.
