Company Description

Refounding America is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that seeks to assess the structure and function of the United States government and the rule of law, in order to advance a comprehensive set of programs, policies, and plans that would refound America on durable constitutional principles suitable for the 21st Century. The objective of Refounding America is to build a high-impact platform for research, education, and public engagement.

The long‑term goal is to deliver a compendium of tested and well‑received ideas for structural and functional change in the national government by the beginning of 2029, and thereafter to champion those ideas in policy discussions until as many as possible are adopted. To this end, the current strategy is to publish a draft of this compendium in 2027.
