This is a full-time, remote position for the Director of the Arthritis Foundation Cycling Experience. The Director will develop, execute, and manage all aspects of the cycling program, including planning events, overseeing fundraising strategies, coordinating with volunteers and stakeholders, and ensuring participant satisfaction. The role involves cultivating and managing partnerships, overseeing the event budget, and promoting community engagement aligning with the Foundation's mission.
Qualifications- Proven experience in revenue generation, corporate engagement, and relationship management
- Strong skills in leadership and collaboration
- Experience in community engagement, partnership building, and volunteer coordination
- Proficiency in marketing, public relations, and communication strategies
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the non-profit sector, particularly in health-related initiatives, is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and creating positive community impact
