• Participate in Regional Partnership Council meetings and ensure compliance with the Arizona Open Meeting Law
• Assist in developing multi-year regional strategic plans in collaboration with community stakeholders
• Engage communities through presentations and workshops to promote early childhood initiatives
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local officials to align early childhood goals with community priorities
• Represent the organization at regional coalitions and public forums to share information and updates

• Bachelor’s degree in early education, social work, education, health, or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred
• Management or leadership experience in public, private, or non-profit organizations, particularly in early childhood development or health programs
• Extensive knowledge of early childhood development and health issues
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including community leaders and local governments
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills

• Experience in generating financial support and developing cross-sector partnerships
• Proven track record of engaging with community volunteers and governing boards
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to travel for meetings and community engagement activities
