The salary range for this position is $54,000 to $60,000 annually.

About the Role

The JV Program Coordinator (PC) works virtually or from a home office, preferably located within Seattle or Spokane, Washington. The role supports and challenges 25-30 full‑time Jesuit Volunteers (JV)/Ameri Corps members living in intentional communities and serving people who are on the margins of society. The PC serves on the JV Program Team and is highly collaborative. Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating program activities, providing resident assistance, and fostering community building and spiritual growth development.

Required qualifications:

a bachelor’s degree; at least two to four years of post‑graduate experience in social activism, pastoral ministry and/or counseling, spiritual growth development, community building, resident assistance, and/or work with diverse peoples. Applicants should be committed to diversity, inclusion, and equity work. Prior experience as a Jesuit Volunteer or National Service Member is preferred. Current residence in Washington state, particularly Seattle or Spokane, is preferred.

Successful clearance of pre‑employment reference checks and criminal background checks is required for final hire.

This is a remote, full‑time exempt role with seasonal travel to Seattle and Spokane and annual travel to Portland, Oregon.
