Donor Outreach Specialist (HYBRID: Minneapolis, MN)

- Compensation: up to USD 18 per hour
Our team works to build affinity with members and develop long‑term investors in our advocacy work and citizen activists. Callers are trained on our campaigns and gain experience in organizing, environmental activism, politics, non‑profit work, and fundraising. Prior work in any of these areas will support success in this position.
This hybrid position is perfect for those seeking flexible scheduling, with opportunities for long‑term growth. The initial training is in‑office (Downtown Minneapolis), with hybrid shifts after training is complete. Candidates must be located in the Twin‑Cities metro‑area to be considered. Candidates who possess a strong commitment to environmental, social, and political justice, a positive attitude, and a good sense of humor will be well suited for this role.

Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented - Able to commute to downtown Minneapolis for initial training (2‑4 weeks), and then once per week afterward
- Has a secure home environment with a strong private internet connection for remote work
- Comfortable using an Android phone
- Comfortable using/learning new web or app communication and reporting tools
- Able to participate in daily video and teleconferencing training and briefings
- Commit to at least 3 months of employment
