Join the Fraser Valley Humane Society as a Volunteer Board Member based in Mission, BC. Contribute your skills towards strategic oversight while ensuring care for stray and surrendered cats.

This volunteer position requires active participation in board meetings and involvement in organizational planning. You’ll be a key player in fundraising and community outreach initiatives, all while supporting the humane society’s essential mission. Hybrid working arrangements provide flexibility between in-shelter duties and remote work as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 19

• Dedication to governance and accountability

• Actively participate in meetings and committee work

• Previous experience in governance is a plus
