Positively Partners is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Development to lead the qualification and cultivation of individual donors giving between $1,000 and $25,000. The successful candidate will have at least seven years of donor-facing fundraising experience, a proven track record in securing major gifts, and excellent relationship-building skills. This full-time position allows for flexible remote work and requires 25-35% national travel.
