Community Outreach Specialist

Global Pacific Support is seeking a passionate and proactive Community Outreach Specialist! In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining relationships with local organizations, stakeholders, and community members to promote our mission and services.

• Develop and implement outreach programs that align with our mission and effectively serve community needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders.
• Represent Genius Agency AI at community events, conferences, and meetings to promote our services and mission.
• Develop promotional materials and presentations to enhance awareness of our work.
• Collect feedback from the community to improve programs and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share outreach efforts and align on community engagement goals.

• 2+ years of experience in community outreach, social work, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in public speaking and comfortable representing the organization in various settings.
• Knowledge of community resources and a passion for supporting underserved populations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools preferred.
