- Lead day‑to‑day partner‑facing operations for the Building Bridges Initiative and related community partnership activities.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with grantees, prospective partners, volunteers, and stakeholders.
- Execute partnership onboarding, schedule convenings, and align with program cycles.
- Provide technical support to nonprofit partners within technical competencies.
- Facilitate regular partnership convenings, promote dynamic group development, conflict resolution, and shared ownership.
- Own partnership communications and manage partner‑assigned tasks with smooth workflows.
- Develop human‑centered processes that reduce burden for community organizations.
- Solicit feedback, implement learning, and utilize an equity lens to broaden participation.
- Collect, analyze, evaluate, and present data on community initiatives and outcomes.
- Translate findings into ready‑to‑use reports for internal and external audiences.
- Passion for equitable community change.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfort with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Excel, Microsoft Forms, and grant‑management software.
- Competence in relationship building, conflict facilitation, and fostering a culture of belonging and antiracism.
- Planning, organization, and problem‑solving skills that remove barriers in partnership processes.
- Data literacy and the ability to transform data into clear narratives.
- Level of education:
High school diploma or equivalent. - Experience:
1–2 years in nonprofit, community, or research settings.
- Typical work week: 37.5 hours, Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–4:0 p.m.
- Hybrid or remote work possible on an individual basis.
- Occurrences of special events or outside core hours may be required.

Compensation & Benefits- Salary: $45,000–$50,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications.
- Payroll:
Electronic, twice a month. - Benefits:
Health, dental, vision, and life insurance; 403(b) retirement plan with employer match after one year; 12 weeks paid parental leave. - Paid time off: 20 days plus 15 paid holidays (listed historically) and two floating holidays.
