The Fairness Project is seeking a Project Associate in Kentucky. This developmental role involves supporting Senior PMs and managing various project tasks while engaging in mentorship to build towards independent project ownership.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's Degree preferred. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000, and the position allows for partially remote work depending on proximity to PM Team offices.
