Plummer Youth Promise in Woburn, Massachusetts, is seeking a compassionate Housing Coordinator to support young adults in securing and maintaining safe, stable housing. This role includes helping youths navigate the housing search process and building independent living skills.
Responsibilities also involve advocating for young adults throughout their housing journey and maintaining critical relationships with landlords and community partners. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are preferred. Flexible work-from-home options are available.
