Hourly Wage: $26-28/hour + Health Benefits
About the Role
This is a unique dual‑role position designed for an individual with LGBTQI+ and migrant lived experience. You will spend your time equally divided between direct client navigation and volunteer management, offering a dynamic mix of individual advocacy and organizational leadership. This is a one‑year full‑time contract position (37.5 hours/week), with the possibility of renewal depending on funding. The position offers an hourly wage of $26‑28/hour and includes health benefits, vacation time, personal days, and sick leave.
CRR also provides a flexible remote work schedule, a work computer, and a monthly contribution toward internet and cell phone expenses.
Our team works together one day per week at a co‑working space. We value collaboration, community, creativity, experimentation, meaningful impact, and making space for rest, play, and gratitude.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will bridge the gap between newcomers seeking safety and the volunteers eager to support them. You will lead with empathy, ensuring our clients receive specialized care and that our volunteer network remains robust and meaningfully engaged.
