Location: St. Peters
NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is seeking a full-time Senior Manager of Capacity Building to develop and manage strategies enhancing the operational capacity of NAMI State Organizations and Affiliates. This role allows for remote work or options from the Arlington, VA headquarters, with some travel required.
You will provide tailored technical assistance, facilitate consultations, and conduct assessments to identify and address organizational capacity gaps. Ideal candidates will have relevant degrees and 5-7 years of leadership experience in non-profit organizations.
